With this project, the emphasis was on shaping a journey that would clarify the focus of each individual and increase the level of skill they brought to critical situations in their ‘real worlds’. With the main emphasis here being on individual delivery, we chose to use Action Learning as the main element of the transformational journey we shaped and delivered.

This gives us a far better chance of coping with future challenges than just having a dozen directors at the top of the council structure doing so.”
