Phil brings a lifetime of practical experience with UK and international clients to his work as facilitator and coach. His role as Director is to continually build on his doctoral research and shape Odyssey’s approach.

His Lumina Spark portrait tells us he is an imaginative, conceptual thinker with an observant, logical and collaborative nature. His need to understand the big picture enables him to spot opportunities to make improvements that others may not see.

Phil takes every chance he gets to head to the West Coast of Scotland with his wife to sail (or repair) their yacht, or when snow permits, to the Dolomites to ski. When he can’t do that, he makes do with walking with his dogs or cycling in The Cotswolds.
