Odyssey’s Approach to Coaching

This book is based on Odyssey’s Behavioural Decision-Making Model (OBDMM©) and our COPA© coaching framework, which emerged from 5 years of PhD research and 10 years real world experience. The OBDMM© model is designed to help individuals navigate Pivotal Situations and achieve better outcomes.

In the book we introduce the key coaching tools that Odyssey works with (including Lumina Spark) and then uses them to create a framework for real world coaching conversations. We also enable coaches to reflect on their own style and the impact that might have on their coaching practice.

It’s a must-read for anyone embarking on a career as a coach or any leader looking to provide day-to-day coaching support for their colleagues.
